HaleLife Bakery Product Ingredients

Our bakery is a a dedicated gluten-free, vegan and allergy friendly bakery. 

All of our products are free from gluten, dairy, egg, soy, peanuts and tree nuts (excluding coconut).

Used in our base (donut/cupcake/brownie), glaze and icing:

  • Certified Gluten-Free Flour Blend (rice, tapioca, potato flour blend)
  • Silk Unsweetened/Original Coconut Milk
  • Earth Balance Vegan Soy Free Butter
  • Egg Replacer (arrowroot, tapioca starch, citrus fiber, cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate)
  • Non GMO Powdered Sugar (cane sugar, cornstarch)
  • Non GMO Canola Oil
  • Ethically Sourced, Sustainable and RSPO Certified Palm Oil Shortening (Food Grade & Non-Hydrogenated)
  • Cane Sugar
  • Non-GMO Brown Sugar


Used in fillings and garnishes:

  • Wayfare Cream Cheese
  • So Delicious Yogurt (Vanilla/Plain/Key Lime)
  • Vivian’s Lives Again Whipped Topping Mix
  • India Tree Sprinkles
  • Artisan Kettle Mini Chocolate Chips
  • Hershey's Cocoa Powder
  • Polaner Fruit Preserves
  • True Lemon or Lime
  • Watkins Plant Based Food Coloring or Chefmaster Natural Food Coloring
